Terms of Use and Disclaimer

By accessing and using this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Professional Responsibility

This application uses artificial intelligence to assist with the preliminary drafting of radiology reports. It does not replace your professional knowledge, clinical skills, or judgment. You remain entirely and exclusively responsible for interpreting radiographic images and for any diagnostic or therapeutic decisions made within your practice.

2. Support Tool Only – Not Diagnostic

The information and text generated by this application are provided for guidance only. This application must not be used as a diagnostic tool and does not replace your legal status, your clinical responsibilities, or the regulatory requirements applicable to your practice.

3. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this application complies with all laws, regulations, and professional standards in force in the state, province, or country where you practice. The developers and operators of the application assume no responsibility in the event of non-compliant use or failure to meet local legal obligations.

4. Protection of Personal Information

To comply with privacy and data protection laws, this application does not retain any patient data. All information processed is temporary and is not stored on our servers.

5. Consent to Email Communication

By checking the acceptance box and using this application, you consent to us communicating directly with you by email, including for updates, important notices, or account-related follow-ups.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The developers, operators, and partners cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the application, including, without limitation, errors, omissions, or delays in the generated content.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and Disclaimer. If you do not accept any part or all of these terms, you must not use the application.

Collection and Use of Clinical Data

As part of using our radiology report generation application, medical files (for example, X-rays in JPEG, PNG, or DICOM format) may be temporarily uploaded to allow the artificial intelligence to generate a draft report.

These files are:

  • 🔒 Securely transmitted via encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS)
  • 🕒 Processed temporarily, only for the time necessary to generate the requested report
  • 🗑️ Not retained once the analysis is complete — no patient data is stored on our servers
  • ❌ Not shared with third parties and not used for model training without explicit consent

We ask users to ensure that uploaded data complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction (e.g., PIPEDA, HIPAA, or any other provincial or national law).

The application is designed to assist healthcare professionals and not to replace their clinical judgment or issue official diagnoses.
