Collection and Use of Clinical Data
As part of using our radiology report generation application, medical files (for example, X-rays in JPEG, PNG, or DICOM format) may be temporarily uploaded to allow the artificial intelligence to generate a draft report.
These files are:
- 🔒 Securely transmitted via encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS)
- 🕒 Processed temporarily, only for the time necessary to generate the requested report
- 🗑️ Not retained once the analysis is complete — no patient data is stored on our servers
- ❌ Not shared with third parties and not used for model training without explicit consent
We ask users to ensure that uploaded data complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction (e.g., PIPEDA, HIPAA, or any other provincial or national law).
The application is designed to assist healthcare professionals and not to replace their clinical judgment or issue official diagnoses.
